Cold Chamber FAQs
A cold chamber is a cabin-like room cooled to cryogenic temperatures of -110°C in which whole-body cryotherapy treatments can be performed. In the electric cold chamber used by us, the entire body including the head and neck area is in the cold chamber. Thus, all application areas can be optimally covered with the application.
During the application wear short sportswear or swimwear or underwear. It is important that hands and feet are protected with gloves and closed shoes. On site, we will provide you with disinfected headphones to protect your ears. If necessary, you can also wear a cap or headband.
The application time is calculated individually for each user to the second by the RemediCool software on the basis of a detailed medical history. Among other things, the application time is influenced by gender, age, height, weight, skin type and application area. Basically, the application times are between 3:30 minutes and 5:00 minutes.

The measuring method with the MCRC Vital X and the respiratory gas and metabolism diagnostics can be used to provide flexible and dynamic nutrition plans and recommendations for the customer, so that the optimizations through real-time monitoring lead to unique diet support. During the program, the customer receives specially calculated cryotherapy applications and applications in the flow system on a daily basis, as well as a specially developed and individually tailored cryo-nutrition package.
