By answering the questionnaire, our RemediCool software will determine your perfectly tailored and individual application time for a safe and optimal experience in our cold chamber. Your application time is calculated by the software based on various factors and is also decisive for the recommended repetition of such Cryo sessions.
Upon request, we will provide you with your personal access to our free RemediCool App. Here you can see your calculated application time and application repetition, as well as other interesting features which will provide you with many more advantages. After the application, we will be happy to explain to you in detail all the unique features of the RemediCool cold chamber software and app.
After the software has determined your application time, one of our staff members will have a detailed consultation with you and answer any questions you may have.
The changing room is located directly next to our cold chamber. This allows you to change in peace and prepare for the Cryo session. There are storage facilities for your clothes, jewelry and valuables so you don’t have to worry about your belongings. In addition, there is also a comfortable seating area in case you decide to come with a companion.
When all open questions are answered, our staff will leave the changing room so you can put on your clothes for the session. For the application we ask you to bring a bikini/swimming trunks or underwear. It is important that they are without metal/metallic elements. In addition, we ask you to put your closed shoes and socks back on before entering the cold chamber. To protect sensitive areas of the body, we recommend that you wear gloves and a hat or headband, especially during the first session. We will provide you with a medical face covering on site, which will protect your airways during the process.
We will provide you with the other items such as gloves, headband, socks and shoes.
This will help you relax and take a breath during your stay in the ice cabin. Just stay calm and relaxed and enjoy the feeling of the cold on your skin.
After the session, the comforting feeling will stay with you for several hours in an extremely pleasant way. You will feel how your body continues to process the cold during these hours, so it is important to support your body and drink plenty of fluids.
After your Cryo session, we will be happy to help you make further appointments for more applications.
