By answering the questionnaire, our RemediCool software determines the perfect customized and individual application time for a safe and optimal experience in our cold chamber. Your application time is calculated by the software based on various factors and is also crucial for the recommended application repetition.
Upon request, we will provide you with your personal access to our free RemediCool App. Here you can see their calculated application time and application repetition, as well as other interesting features with many advantages for you. After the application, we will be happy to explain in detail all the functions of the unique RemediCool cold chamber software and app.

After the software has determined your application time, one of our staff members will have a detailed consultation with you and answer any questions you may have.
The locker room is located directly in front of our cold chamber. So you can change in peace and prepare for the application. There are storage options for your clothes, jewelry and valuables and you always have them in view. In addition, there is also a comfortable seating area here if you come to us with a companion.
Once all outstanding questions have been answered, our staff member will leave the changing room so you can change into your clothes for the application. For the application we ask you to bring short sportswear or underwear. The important thing here is that they are without metal / metallic elements. In addition, we ask you to put your closed shoes and socks back on for the application. To protect sensitive areas of the body, we recommend that you wear gloves and a cap or headband, especially during the first application. At our site you will receive a medical mouthguard for the application.
During your initial application, one of our staff will be in the room with you so you can communicate with them as needed. In conjunction with the RemediCool software, we have developed a multimedia solution to make the application a highlight for you.
This will help you relax and take a breath during your stay in the ice cabin. Just stay calm and relaxed and enjoy the feeling of the cold on your skin.
Once your individual application time has expired, you can leave the cabin. Take a deep breath and focus on the feeling after the application.
The pleasant feeling will accompany you for several hours after application in an extremely pleasant way. You will feel your body processing the application during these hours, so it is important to support your body and drink plenty of fluids.
